Margo Celebrates being a Show Champion

What a fantastic day for Bardonhill at the
Irish Setter Club of Scotland’s Championship and Open Shows
on 13 April. 2024

Firstly, in the Championship Show, judged by Julie Wilkins
where Paula and Phil Lucas’s Rowan, aged 9 years old. 
Sh.Ch. Bardonhill Eternal Flame Among Amberlight JW
was 1st in his Veteran Class then went on to be awarded the
Challenge Certificate a followed by
Best Opposite Sex and Best Veteran in Show.

Becky Box’s Barney,
Bardonhill It’s Now or Never for Fernstart
was 1st Minor Puppy in his class followed by Best Dog Puppy in Show.

Linzie Richardson had another good day with her boy, McIntosh,
Bardonhill McIntosh Red at Montgreenan.
winning his Junior Class

Moving on to the Open show, under judge Kerry Chorley,
Susan and Paul Davison had success winning 1st Puppy with Morris,
Bardonhill Love Me Tender
  and also with Amos,
Bardonhill Million Reasons
who was 1st in his Undegraduate Class.

Meanwhile, Margo, our newest Show Champion
Sh.Ch.Bardonhill Love of My Life
was celebrating and partying hard with a wonderful cake baked by
Cheryl Stevenson and organised by Diane Bridgwater.
All of the cake was gone by the end of the afternoon and was very well received.
Thank you both. As you can see in the photo taken by Diane, Margo was enjoying all the attention.

These two shows were superbly organised and the Committee deserve
Huge Congratulations and Thanks from us all for their hard work on the day and for the
special prizes, gifts and raffle prizes too. It was all very much appreciated.
